We use to share a 2DS together, so the downloaded content from the eshop is from both of us. We just got a new 2DS so we can play at the same time, and we transfered everything to the new DS... the problem is that he has dlc for a hard copy of fire emblem that he can't use since it's all on the new 2ds that I play for my downloaded pokemon games. is there a way to transfer dlc back over or is the eshop going to force him to buy it again?

How to open 3ds XL SD Card slot?
I went to open my 3ds card slot, but it feels like the panel will be snapped off if i pull if after putting my finger nail in the slot. Do i just keep pulling it or do i slide out the panel or what

My 3DS keeps freezing on eshop
Hello guys
I don't know what happened, my 3ds was working fine until january when I gave it to my friend so he could play pokemon X.
This week I got back my 3ds and tried to enter on eshop, the system asked for an update that was freezing all the time and never happened that before and I had to turn off the system and try again and after a few tries the system finally updated.. since then, for my surprise, everytime i'm on eshop the system freezes but the music continues like nothing happened, the strange thing is that I never had this kind of issue, and the worst part is that my sleep mode doesn't work like used to be either, when I close my 3ds and open again the screen is all black and the blue power light keeps blinking like is weakening then comes back normal.
Any of you guys had these kinds of problems? I'm starting to think my friend broke my 3ds lol

Metal Gear Theme -- Can't Download
Hello everyone
I downloaded Metal Gear for 3ds yesterday and when I tried downloading the theme an error came up. I wanted to try again but I looked all over the e-shop, theme shop, and in the game itself but I can't find it. I deleted the game and downloaded it again from the e-shop but when I did that there wasn't a prompt for the Metal Gear theme. I have a legitimate copy of the game.

Nintendo Eshop Held Funds
I need your help on Nintendo eShop, 2 days ago I tried to buy a game but did not have the necessary funds to buy, so use a debit card for the funds needed, enter the card number but i didnt get the funds, update my bank account and the money was taken from my account
It is the first time you use the card for this and had not happened to me before, I have no idea what to do.

3DS system transfer issues
Hello!
My 3DS suddenly kicked the bucket one day out of nowhere for no reason. It will turn on, and look as though it's fully operational, but none of the buttons nor the touch screen work, so there is no way to interact with it at all. The volume does not work either. The only button that DOES work (thankfully) is the power button. That's it. Nothing else.
At the time, I had some extra spending money (and that 3DS was a few years old), so I just bought myself the New 3DS pack that came with HHD (and Isabelle's face). BUT...the issue is that I have no way of transfering my purchased games and things over to my New 3DS. Because in order to do that, my 3DS would need to be accessable to start the system transfer.
I contacted Nintendo via email, but I received an automated message guiding me through the steps of a system transfer (helpful...). I've only purchased one game that I care about transfering (because it was expensive) annnd...I don't exactly remember my Nintendo ID or password that I used in the shop. So. Should I just call Nintendo and see what they can do? Or is there another way to do it that's less cumbersome? (i.e. another email sans automated message?)

3DS scratching its own screen?
Ive had a hyrule edition 3dsxl for 4 months now and i literally baby the thing. It never even leaves my room cause im afraid of dropping it. Yet somehow, the top screen has scratches on it. They literally pop out of nowhere and the only thing I can think of is that the new 3dsxl, similar to the old one, still scratches its own screens. Does it do this still, and how can I get the scratches off my screen?

Transferring data to a bigger SD card
I want to swap out the 4GB card that came with my 3DS XL to an 8GB one, but I can't get past the first step, copying the files from the original card to my computer. Not one of the 3 computers I tried it on could read it, and all asked me to format the card before starting... Which I'm pretty sure will just delete everything. Is there a way around this or am I stuck with the 4GB?

3ds Water damage
Ok so here is where I am at with my 3ds. I accidentally spilt stuff on it and my game started to blink and then I turned it off as fast as possible. After that, I went to clean out the ports that might have gotten wet such as the sd card and the game slot. Sadly there were some water in it. After I noticed that it turned on but the screen wouldn't work. So I had some hopes. I decided to open the back and see the battery and stuff. The battery was dry but in the corner I did see white with pink dots, which I don't think is a good sign. After that I put everything back together and tried turning on my 3ds. This time it started to blink orange within the online light as well as the power light. So I then decided to plug it in and charge it. At the state it's in right now, I can turn on the 3ds with the red showing. The weird thing is that I can hold on the power button and still turn it off, just like it did before. Now I have a couple questions
Since I can use touchscreen, the motherboard or the device in all still usable or in a way able to help me get a new 3ds?
Is it repairable?
Are the pink dots bad?
Is there anything I can do with it?

2DS Internet connection problem
Hello!
When I first connected my 2ds to my internet it worked perfectly fine. I've also tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it. It has no problems connecting to other internet connections. Basically, it only has problems when connecting to my home's internet. The 2ds shows that it's connected, but when I go to input the password in the Internet Browser, it won't load up the sign in for the internet. All that pops up is 'The Internet browser cannot be used at this time. Please check your network enviroment or try again later'.
I've already checked my internet settings, but nothing seems to work. Please help/assist me.

3ds won"t Emit Sound
One day I was at school and I had my 3ds in my backpack and I do not remember taking it out and when i went to play it after school the sound wouldn't work. The only thing i can hear is the flash when i take a picture or i have earphones in the 3ds. Please help it is really getting on my nerves i dont know if my 3ds is broken but I would really like to know what the problem is. P.S I've already tried changing the stereo and i've made sure the sound was on.

Communication gets cut off before wireless battles on Fire Emblem Fates Birthright
Over the past weekend, my friend and I tried battling on Fire Emblem Fates, in case it is relevent, both of us have Birthright. We couldn't do a local battle, so we tried onlie, and that didn't work. I tried later to battle against random opponents, but every time, right before the stage select screen, a message popped up that says "The communication has been cut off. Would you like to add this player to your blacklist?" I thought it could be the fact that I had some unobtainable items, but my friend said that I should be fine, because he has seen some people online with the currently unreleased character Anna. I got rid of my onobtinable items and skils just in case, but we still couldn't battle. Since then, I have completely purged my game of any unobtainable skills and/or items, but nothing is working. Is there a fix or will I have to get a new game card to battle online?

Transferring data from Nintendo 3ds to New Nintendo 3ds
Recently I traded in my Nintendo 3ds to get the New Nintendo 3ds. I did not know what to do other than take the sd card out of my Nintendo 3DS to have the saved data. I have my e-shop with my account and everything because I called the nintendo support to help but I don't know how to transfer my game data like a pokemon saved file or animal crossing saved file.
I do not have my nintendo 3ds anymore but I have the SD card so I could I transfer the data to my microsd card that I would be using for my New Nintendo 3ds.

New 3ds XL screen issue
Hello, my new 3ds has an issue with a small area on the bottom left of the screen that appears to be an area where the touch sensitive parts moved to offscreen. When i draw a straight line in game notes, it creates a curve instead of a straight line which is irritating. Does this mean i need to send in my 3ds for repair? I have a gold backplate instead of the usual red one that i restuck my serial number onto.

3DS SD Card Issues -HELP!!-
Okay, so here's the issue I'm having.
I had the Pokemon X 3DS XL. I went out and bought the New Fire Emblem Fates 3DS with Circle Pad Pro built in.
I system transffered to the new 3DS. That included games and saves for;
Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D
Final Fantasy Explorers
Monster Hunter 4Ultimate
Resident Evil Revelations
Pokemon X & Y
Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
Super Smash Bros 3DS.
So, I bought a new SD card as the one for the Fire Emblem 3DS was too small.
I did the method of copying the folders onto my desktop, then swapping to my new SD card and putting the folders in there,
when I booted up my 3DS with the new SD card, none of the data was there. However, when I put in the old SD card, the data is still on there just fine.
What is it I'm doing wrong?
