So this is basically what the title says. Any help? I was playing it at the store about a couple hours ago. I put it in my pocket and when we got home it only showed the blue status but nothing came up on screen. Any help PLEASE. My mom would get really angry. I'm only 16. Can't do this on my own.

New Nintendo 3ds XL won't turn on, but charges and shows the blue "on" status.

3ds does not boot.
When I press the power button on my n3ds it has the blue light for about 1 second then it shuts off automatically. Not sure if this helps but this behavior started after a system update from 9.3.

2ds frozen
When ever i try to boot up my 2ds and try to launch an application it freezes and i have to power it off manually.
Also I have tried to open apps with a sd card inserted and without an sd card inserted (I'm using the 4gb one that came with the 2ds), but I still get the same result.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it?

My 3DS-XL won't charge any longer than 5 seconds.
Before I get into this, I'm going to point out that my I bought my 3DS-XL 3 and a half years ago, so theres a 99.9% chance that is the reason it won't charge longer for that. So I recently started playing my 3DS-XL after a year of not playing it and yesterday, it wouldn't charge. I plugged into a diffrent socket and it did charge for a decent 15 minutes or so but randomly stopped. Today, I plugged it into two diffrent sockets, the charging indicator stopped after about 5 seconds and it was on red. I feel like this is a simple case of the battery just not working over a long period of time so I wanted others opnions. I might or might not order a battery but I want to see other peoples opnions if I should get a battery or not.

Eshop price difference
I added a 20$ eshop card in order to get a 19.99$ game. When I looked it said that price but when confirming a purchase it said it was 21.24$ and wouldn't let me purchase it. Is there a way to solve this without adding more to the account?

E Shop issue with pre paid card
I recently tried to purchase Pokemon Yellow from the Eshop and it says that the transaction is pending (as well as the money that has been taken out of my account via my card company that had $15 in it and $11 was used during the transaction for the game and now has that I have $4.00 in my account after the said purchase) I wanted to know if or when I will be able to play the game since the transaction is pending?

Nintendo making me re-buy all my games again
I had the original 3DS which I puchased many eshop games just because I didn't like using cartridges. Plus it's convenient to carry many games within the system. Haven't played with the 3DS in awhile and decided to sell it. I did a factory restore and sold my 3DS. Now I just purchased a new 3DS in hopes to redownload all my paid games and found out that those games are tied to my original 3DS. I called Nintendo customer service about the problem. They see my purchases on Club Nintendo along with my original 3DS serial number. But they say that they can't do anything about it and that the only way to get those games again is to re-buy them again. I had an Ambassador Certificate as well with my original 3DS. The tech support won't even help me in authorizing a redownload to my new 3DS. This is unfair to people like me. Forcing us to re-buy everything.
Anyone have a solution for this problem? There's no way I'm going to re-buy hundreds of dollars of games again.

Original 3DS Out of Memory
Hello,
I purchased the original 3DS back when the price was $249.99, before the price cut. This was obviously also before NNID was implemented. As such, once the price was cut to $169.99 I received a Nintendo Ambassador's Certificate thing and several free, exclusive, games. I can't remember at which point I joined Club Nintendo but I know it was definitely not immediately. Fast forward 5 years, I now own a New Nintendo 3DS and have transferred all my stuff over. I have easily over 65 games installed onto my 3DS and am left with only about 800 free blocks on my 32 GB card, which is apparently the biggest card that you can have. My question is what can I do about my memory shortage issue? I can't even update anymore games. If I delete old games, which will I be able to redownload and which will I not? I would hate to lose the content that I downloaded either as part of the ambassador program or before I joined Club Nintendo and I do not even remember which were downloaded before & which were after. Can I just buy a second SD card & switch between the two for different games?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pokemon Y keeps crashing
Every time I start a battle right before it loads the battle menu the screens go black and it tells me to turn off the system. Ive tried in different ds and its the same so its not that and I cant seem to find anyone else with this problem. Ive redownloaded the update several times and I dont know what else to do.

3ds problems
So I just had this really weird thing happen to my 3ds. I was playing animal crossing, as one would do on a holiday, when my game froze. I didn't think much of it because I've had games freeze on my in the past. But after I turned the power off it wouldn't turn back on. The weird thing is that the blue light is on. I don't know what triggers this and it's not like it needs to charge because I've tried charging it. What should I do to fix it?

Fire Emblem Fates: Cannot use calling cards
Hello. On March 22, I had to change the battery of my Nintendo 3ds as its previous one reached the end of its life, causing the game system to constantly be in red. It worked, and I did readjust the time settings on there. However, when I tried to visit other people's My Castles in Fire Emblem Fates, they were all greyed out from that day onwards. I made sure that I did not have any illegal enemy-only skills or weapons on my teams to get me the shadowban, and I deactivated the Streetpass feature for it and reactivated it to see if that would help any. It didn't. One of my friends can visit my castle, but I cannot visit theirs at all.
Is there any way that this can be salvaged without having to delete my entire save file? If there was an option to delete calling cards, I would do so, but there isn't, and I think that that could have been a possible solution. I can still visit other castles by clicking the "Recommendations" and "Recently Updated" tabs, but those are the only ways I can still use that feature. Had I known that changing the 3ds battery would do this, then I would have just let the dying battery stay in the system.

Where is my save data?
So i recently received a new 3ds xl hyrule edition and i thought i just had to put the old sd card into the system. I put it in and realized i have to do a data transfer so i forget to put the old one back inti the old one and i was about to transfer so i stopped and cancelled instead of starting and i put the old one back and i turned my old one on and the games are gone

I copy the sd card contents onto my computer after i re-downloaded them and none of my save data are there i tried to restore and they are not appearing. Maybe i messed up somewhere idk i dont understand i never deleted anything

Save Data Cannot Be Accessed on Pokemon White 2 Cartrige.
I bought a Pokemon White 2 cartrige back in 2012 when the game came out, yet when I try to access it now, before I can even get to the title screen, it displays the following message:
"The save data could not be acessed. Please turn the power off and reinsert the game card."
Does anyone know how this can be rectified? If not, is it possible to ask for repairs/compensation from Nintendo? Or will I have to buy a completley new cartrige?

my 3ds and 3ds xl wont connect to internet, i tried restarting my router over and over and still they wont connect. my other gadgets like phone laptop connected through the same connection but mmy 3ds and 3ds xl still cant. can you help me find a solution for my problem

Pokemon ORAS Mauville City Roof Crashing Error.
For some unknown reason when my son tries to go on to the roof of Mauville City the game crashes with the "An error has occurred. Hold down the power button" How on earth can this happen? and how can it be fixed?
he has the latest patch 1.4 so I am not sure what is wrong
We have tried the game on 3 systems total, tried it with and without the patches installed.
Yet it crashes every time once you got up the 2nd floor stair case.
So to be clear here is everything I have tried.
Us a Different System - 3DS and 2DS - Still crashes
No Patches Installed - 3DS and 2DS - Still crashes
Patches Installed - 3DS and 2DS - Still crashes
Cleaning the Connectors of the Cartridge - Still crashes
Blow the system and cart (Old School) - Still crashes
Tried all 4 stair cases in New Maulville - Still crashes
The only thing I have not tried is deleting his whole save and starting from scratch. But if that has to be an option I do not think that is a good thin =/

3DS Wifi connection suddenly terrible
Lately I've noticed I can no longer get a steady internet connection in my room. In my house we have three 3ds and mine is the only one having this issue. It cuts out regularly and if it does connect the connection is super unstable.
I've tried deleting and resetting up my internet connection but continue to get the Error Code: 003-1101. I've triple checked my encryption key and setting up the wireless connection close to my router. I have reset the router too but still the connection is terrible. The other two 3DS which belong to my roommates work just fine and the connection for them is strong even on the street in front of the house and in my room and as far back as the backyard; where as I have to stand in the entry way right close to the router.
It wasnt always like this and probably started doing this a few months ago and I'm at my wits end really.

Pokemon Shuffle, black screen of death and console restarts
Hi all!
Recently I start to have a lot of troubles with my "new 3DS" when I play Pokemon Shuffle...
In random moments, it happens during the play on stage, sometimes when I choose pokemons for stage or even on lavel list, I'm hit by "black screen of death".
I thought I had just "bad luck" (it wasn't too often). But after recent game update in game I had another trouble:
I comleted two mission cards, and I'm doing third one, but now every time I enter to those mission cards and try to move to other one (first or second one I alredy completed), game freezes for a second and then throws an error that restarts my console:
"An error has occurred, causing the software to close. The system will now restart. (Unsaved data may be lost.)"
I try to redownload game, change SD cards, but it gives no change, game still crashes in "mission cards". Also got that black screen one time already...
I spend with my 3ds many hours every month (around 80-100), playing differnt games, but problems with black screen I found only in Shuffle (and to be honest it is the only game I tend to keep suspended on my console as spending those 5 hearts every 2,5 hour is something like 5 minutes).
What should I do? Is there any way to fix it?

Broken Replacement 3ds xl
Ok, so I sent in my damaged 3ds xl to Nintendo Repair over a week ago and they couldn't fix it, so they sent me a replacement 3ds xl with a new 1 year warranty. Unfortunately the new system they sent me has a broken circle pad. It'll move left, right, and down ok, but no up. I tried recalibrating it, but no success, still broken (makes a clicking noise too). So here's my dilemma: To fill out the repair order they want a credit card number, and I don't have one. To get my system repaired the first time I bought a $100 Vanilla Mastercard (worked great) but I'm low on money right now and can't buy a card for a repair they'll probably fix for free. How can I let them know I need the new system repaired without needing a credit card? Do I have any other options? Thanks.
