Fire Emblem Fates Conquests My castle feature does not work

So far with my castle I've had 75 visits and 7 battles yet when I go to my castle inbox, there's no street pass results, no feedback, no accessories given, no bond units, and no buildings used. I'm still getting rewards but there's no data under those tabs. For some reason is it is not registering the data on my system when I update and I don't know why. I can't find much on the issue but I have met one player who has also encountered the issue. Is it a problem with my physical copy of the game or is it something wrong with the software? How long till a patch to fix it? I'll leave my castle's address if that helps at all.

Repair questions

So, my N3DS' top screen, despite my best attempts to avoid it, has started to get the infamous tear stain scratches from the bottom screen's border, and my N3DS should still be under warranty, I bought it last May, so I plan on requesting a repair soon.  However, my D pad has also started to stick on the top and right corners when I first use it after a few hours of unuse, and the last time I thought about sending a product off, it looks like you can only choose one problem.  Is there any way I can say that both my screen and dpad needs repairs or do I need to leave a note in the box I send it in?

 

Also, when it asks for a password for repairs, do I have to make a new password or do I need to use my NNID name and password for repair;  I read that sometimes data gets deleted, how often does that happen?  Finally, once I get the N3DS back, I plan on getting a screen protector.  I thought about getting a Zagg Invisible Shield screen protectors, but they look like they're not the best.  What brand of screen protectors does Nintendo suggest to use?

Will Bintendo still charge me for a screen replacement on my Pokémon new 3DS?

Long story short, my new 3DS clawed by my dog while playing. Pokémon Picross. Despite purchasing my new 3DS 3 weeks ago, and only needing to repair the 3D Screen, would I still need to pay $85 to repair my system?

Digital copy of Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest immediately has an error on launch?

Everytime I start the game it goes straight to an error screen and tells me to turn off the power and try again, but I've tried many times to no avail. I've also tried the repair option 3 times and tried deleting it and redownloading it once, and nothing has helped! I think the error code for this is 17-395, but I can't find any information about it anywhere.

3DS Error Code: 005-5964 on the eShop

So one of my sibling's 3DS was repaired by Nintendo a few months ago, and for some reason, the eShop gets the error code right after it talks about some id linking process. Did they happen to mess something up, or is it banned from the eshop due to some balance issues from an eShop card that was added months before the 3DS got damaged and then sent for repairs?

My 3ds got wet a little and it turned on but both my screens were black

My 3ds got wet luckily it turned on but it had a green light where the streetpass would be but the screen was completely black top and bottom  and i turned it on a few hours later after I put it in rice and now it wont turn on but it will charge though.

3DS XL not working at all. PLEASE HELP

I'm pretty sure the problem occured when i left my 3DS left on for a couple of days closed.... Everytime i trun it on after a little bit of time without me touching it at all the screen goes black and there is a message saying "ane error has occured please turn off". i dont know what to do and i just bought fire emblem fates so i really want to play it but i cant so please help...

Ok I sent my son's 2ds in for repairs. We just had his screen replaced in December. Then in the beginning of February suddenly while he was playing a game, the directional pad and (not the circle) and the a&b buttons stopped working.  Ok so I read up on it and took one of those computer wipe thingies and tried wiping of the screen. That had no affect. I then notified Nintendo and they set up a repair. Awesome another one. Ok thats fine. It was still under warranty. Then I get an email back today saying the screen needs to be replaced yet again! I mean my son was sitting next to me and he did nothing to the bloody screen. He wasn't even using his stylus at the time as he was playing mario kart 7. If the screen is loose again its because it was improperly installed as we have treated this thing like it is made of eggshells ever since the first incident. However there is no place to ask a question on the bloody email. Just repair or don't repair. This is repair Nintendo Repair Reference # ***Removed Personally Identifiable Information***

My 3DS keeps freezing on eshop

Hello guys
I don't know what happened, my 3ds was working fine until january when I gave it to my friend so he could play pokemon X.
This week I got back my 3ds and tried to enter on eshop, the system asked for an update that was freezing all the time and never happened that before and I had to turn off the system and try again and after a few tries the system finally updated.. since then, for my surprise, everytime i'm on eshop the system freezes but the music continues like nothing happened, the strange thing is that I never had this kind of issue, and the worst part is that my sleep mode doesn't work like used to be either, when I close my 3ds and open again the screen is all black and the blue power light keeps blinking like is weakening then comes back normal.
Any of you guys had these kinds of problems? I'm starting to think my friend broke my 3ds lol

3ds not turning on or loading.

I had recently been trying to find what is wrong with my 3ds (purchased on day one, no warranty) not loading anything and freezing when I try to boot up any app or game. But, it won't even turn on fully. The blue or red light turns on and the Wi-Fi light turns on, also in the dark you can see the backlight is on as well. But nothing after that, if anyone knows what I should do please tell me, going to nintendo repair is my last choice because I want to try and save as much money as I could.

My 3ds Wifi Isn't Working

I was playing my 3ds this morning and my nintendo wifi was working. I turn it off for a couple of hours and when I come home the 3ds won't connect to the internet. The wifi is still working for my computer and other consoles but my 3ds won't connect. I just want to know if anyone else is having the same problem as me or if im the only one and my 3ds is glitching.

Hi. I wanted to get a larger microSD card for my 3ds XL, so I can hold more games and stuff. But, I want to know if I'm about to transfer everything from my current MicroSD card to the new one. Including my Streetpass, Nintendo ID, spot pass, sava data, Mii's, everything, so that I'm not missing a single thing. Is there a safe way to do this? And how do I go about transferring all of this to my new MicroSD card?

3DS wont connect to the internet, nonstop tries to connect

My 3DS was perfectly fine yesterday. I went to play some FE:Fates Conquest, and went to visit castles when i left my 3DS for a few minutes, and it was still 'connecting' to the internet'. Yesterday it did it no problem. Day before aswell. Now it gets stuck at that screen, aswell as the connection page on the settings. Nonstop tries to reconnect. E-Shop wont connect, Fates wont connect, even the settings. I have NOT changed any previous settings with my router or my 3DS to account for this change in my 3DS's behavior.

PokeTransfer, PokeBank, & Pokemon Games

I have Pokemon x and Pokemon Omega Ruby downloaded onto my nintendo 2ds. Right now I am taking my Pokemon Black/2, White/2, and transferring my pokemon to my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire game cartridge. I'm wondering, can I take the pokemon off of my X and Omega Ruby games to my Alpha Sapphire game cartridge? My DS came with X pre-downloaded onto it, and then I downloaded Omega Ruby onto it when it came out, but for some reason, decided to buy the game cartridge for Alpha Sapphire instead of doing a download like previous versions. I'm currently trying to transfer the ones from X and OR to AS, but PokeTransfer keeps telling me that there isn't a Black/Black 2 or White/White2 version in the system. So i'm wondering if in order to use PokeTransfer, if you actually have the game cartridge and not a downloaded version of the game? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

When my son opens up his 3ds all the way it shuts off. He has not gotten it wet or dropped it. He has had it for about 2-3 years. Is their any thing we can do to fix this besides buying a new one because they are expensive and do not have the money for a new one. Any suggestions. Thanks

Poke Bank won't recognize my Pokemon Black 2 cart

1) It is a legit cart (black-colored, NTR-031 code on the back)

2) I have a Pokedex in-game

3) I have a pokemon in box 1 of my PC in-game

 

Problem: Poke Bank loads the generic message "You don't have a Pokemon X/Y or ORAS cart loaded" and won't even let me get to the point where I can download Poke Transporter.

I really appreciate your help.

3ds save data transfer problem

My original 3ds broke, I got a new one (a new Nintendo 3ds) and since the original 3ds wasn't working to preform the save data transfer Nintendo had to do it remotely and only the Nintendo network id got transferred. I still have the original sd card and it has been transferred to the new 3ds. The data still exists but the new one just won't read it because it hasn't actually been transferred it's just still linked to the original 3ds. If I have to send in my 3ds to link the data I will. I understand that save data can't just be copied over to a new system to stop copying many complies of a game and selling them, but Nintendo should've made it slightly easier. But what should I do to fix this?

New 3DS Pokemon 20th Anniversary Edition Black Screen

I've had the new 3ds for about three weeks now and all of a sudden it says the power is on but the screen will be black. It powered back on and I was trying to system transfer back to my old system and once again same issue. I havent been able to get it to power back on since.
