Despite my steady internet connection the game just stops downloading everytime i try to download it after i bought it. I read some other people have had this problem, what should I do?

Dot scratch issue on my XL.
Ok, so on my 3DS XL, I noticed these little dot scratches in kinda like a line on my upper screen. They won't go away. And I think it's caused by the bottom screen edges scratching against it or something, it's like a manufacturing issue. I've looked around and there are a lot of poeple with the same problem I have. It was apparently a bigger problem with the original, but the XL has it, too. Here, it looks like this: 
So I'm wondering what I can do about it.(Probably nothing) And how I can prevent it further.
But most of all, will my warranty cover it for free if I send it back in for repairs?(Because it's not my fault, the scratches were developed by the bottom screen edges).

Downloaded Software Missing From My 3DS Menu?
Hello. Just a moment ago, I got on my 3DS Menu, only to find that some of my downloaded software icons have disapeared on me. The strange thing is that it's not really gone. I've gone to Data Management and saw that the software is still exsistent in my SD card. I've checked all of my Folders on my Menu (And the downloaded software I have put in folders haven't disappeared), and I've checked the eShop and it's told me that the software is downloaded.
If it helps, the software that's disppeared is Nintendo Video, Swapnote, Pokemon Dream Radar, and Colors 3D.
I could just redownload the software and I really won't be losing anything importent, but if anyone knows of a way to fix, please let me know.

Anyone else getting an error when inviting people in New Leaf?
For the past few days when I try to invite faraway visitors into my Animal Crossing: New Leaf town, I get an "error has occured" message. There is no error code. I never used to have this issue. I've tried resetting my router and updating my game data. No luck. Anyone else having this issue?

New Leaf isn't saving data correctly
Hey all, I have a major problem with my game and I really hope someone can help. I haven't been able to find anything regarding it online anywhere.
Since yesterday, my game isn't saving data right. I got a haircut at Shampoodle, saved my game a bit later and closed my DS and left it on the charger. Came back to it to find the old haircut still there but the money I used removed from my bell account.
I also finished paying for a public work project (to the tune of 80k bells). Saved it before I quit and when I turned it back on, it didn't detect the money was given to Lloyd but it showed the money removed from my bell account.
The game was bought and downloaded onto the SD card
Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do to fix this? I'm freaking out

Small Black Semi-Circle Piece fell out of 3DS XL Hinge
Hey everyone! I purchased a new, red 3DS XL on April 27th of this year, and I absolutely love the system. Nintendo has repaired the system under warranty for me once before due to speaker and screen issues - since then, I've really made a point to baby my system. I have what seem to be some pretty good quality screen protectors on it and keep it in a hardshell case at home, and rarely travel with it. Despite it being fixed once before and my careful handling of the system, a new issue just popped up today.
I took my 3DS XL out of its case to play it today, opened it up, and this little, black semi-circle piece fell out of the right hinge onto my desk. It looks like some sort of washer-kind of thing to reduce wear on the hinge. The system still opens fine and clicks into place - the hinge isn't loose at all, and everything still works. However, I'm concerned as to whether or not this piece is critical to maintaining the longevity of the system's hinge. Of course, I'd rather not send the system back to Nintendo a second time for a repair since it seems to be working fine, but I also don't want hinge problems to creep up in the future because a protective piece fell out.
Does anyone else have any experience with this issue / has this happened to your system? Should I contact Nintendo about it, or am I worrying over nothing?

How did they make those HD pictures? I Streetpassed someone with an HD Triforce painting, but I streetpassed someone with an HD Twilight Sparkle painting. Did they use a computer, the Animal Crossing Designer app, or they actualy paint it?

Recently my SD card ran out of memory after downloading Animal Crossing New Leaf. I bought a new one and transfered my data between them. The transfer was a success however, when I loaded up Animal Crossing New Leaf, the game itself was there, but the data was not. if anyone can tell me whythis is and how to fix it, I would be grateful.

My 3ds r button isn't working, need advice
I've had my 3ds since launch, so I'm an ambassador. Problem is that I was so excited that Minish Cap was one of the games that all of the times I uesd the R button to roll around as minish link caused my r button to stop working. It used to work sometimes, but now it doesn't work at all, so I can't play some of my favorite games like Luigi's Mansion dark moon or any of the mario and luigi games. I want to send my 3ds in to be fixed, but I think my warranty expired and I don't know how to check. Also, my brother sent his 3ds in to be fixed a year ago and when it came back, it had erased all of the save files on his memory card. I really don't want that to happen to my games, especially fire emblem sacred stones, but need my R button to be fixed. What should I do?

How do I get my 3DS touchscreen repaired?
I am having problems with my 3DS's touch-screen, when it is turned on the top-right corner is constantly acting his it is being held down, and the touch-screen itself sometimes be comes unresponsive, making using the thing troublesome at best, and ni unplayable at worst. Where on this website would I go to, so I can get my 3DS repaired from this problem?

When buying something on the e-Shop, do I have a account?
Sorta like PSN and Xbox. It's on my download history. What I'm asking is, if I buy something from the e-Shop on the 3DS, and if the 3DS breaks, can I download it again on another 3DS? Basically the download is linked to a account. I have to set up a lot of things to get connected to the net on my 3DS so I'm not bothering until this is answered lol.

My 3DS won't find my friends' DS/3DS when trying to link on Pokemon (DP, HG and White)
So I've been having this issue ever since I first got my 3DS a little more than a year ago... Whenever I want to play Pokemon (Pearl, HeartGold or White) with my friends by using Infrared or DS Wireless Communications, it always ends up with me having to use my old DS Lite instead because my 3DS simply can't find the ones I'm trying to link with.
Like, when holding our 3DS towards each other in order to use Infrared, it just keeps searching forever, never finding the other DS/3DS (it's the same with theirs when they try to find my 3DS, so it's clear that it's MY 3DS that is the problem). It's the same problem when we go to the Pokemon center on Pearl or HeartGold; whenever I pick "Become Leader" at the Link Station or "Join Group", nothing appears when we try to search each other up. The "Choose which group to join" - list is just blank... But as soon as I switch to my DS Lite, everything works just fine and our devices find each other immediately!
My StreetPass and Internet Connection works just fine, though. It seems that the issue only occurs when trying to link directly with games. I can play online with them when we're at two different places, but when trying to use Infrared or DS Wireless Communications: nothing. I'm really bothered by this issue, so I would really, really appreciate any help.

Can PAL 3DS play US DS games?
I've been constantly gutted by the region lock on the 3DS and now it's gotten in the way of a game I really don't want to miss out on, no matter how poor Nintendo's decisions (It took me an age to sign up to this site for this question, lets just say Nintendo aren't my favorite group of people right now).
Anyway we all know about the region lock on the 3DS system for 3DS games but there's videos of people getting Japanese DS games to work on their American 3DS so I'm wondering if the same can be said for a PAL 3DS playing a US DS game? Want the Adventure Time game right now.

Different program sizes?
When I downloaded softwares from eshop,the space softwares occupied shown on eshop is different from that shown on the data management page

My friend's probably made his 3DS overworked...
My friend wanted to download all the demos from eshop,and he made his 3ds downloading data for 5 or more hours
And now he's quite worried if such large amount of data transferred from the internet pass the 3ds to the sd card will do harm to the system and the card.
He also see really small scraches[invisible if see from above,but visible if seen from side]on the metal parts of the sd card.will that have defect in the sd card reading process?He has some downloaded softwares in his card.

Problem with Nintendo eshop prepaid card 50$
First of all, sorry for my terrible english, is not my native language.
I have bought a prepaid card in a store, but every time I try to enter the code in my 3DS, I keep getting this Error Code: 005-5838.
I have searched this error but in the support page it says that the 3DS can't connect to the internet, but I'm already connected in the eshop, so I guess is not the correct information.
Additional to the Error Code I get this on the screen:
" The activation number could not be recognized.
Please check the number again and try entering it again."
What do I have to do?
