Yeah, so I can't get into the eShop and I tried looking up what the error code: 007-2705 was for but I couldn't find anything. My internet connection is fine, I've tried turing it on and off, and I've updated my system. Any ideas?

Nintendo 3DS XL Help! Disconnecting Issue.
Well, to start off i cannot really pin point when this problem started. But i did notice it began around the time i installed that 1.02 update for Pokemon X.
The problem is that when i connect to the internet via Pokemon X it stays online for about a minute or two then i get an error code like if i closed my 3DS XL.
But i never closed it, it's preventing me from trading with my friends or even use GTS feature or anything having to do with beeing online. I have Reset my router and Modem and all that stuff. even deleted the info of my connection and reseted that. even uninstalled the update and reinstalled. i don't know what to do anymore and it's really irritating. ive searched everywhere and all i see is "maybe your internet is too slow" well for me that cant be the case since i have consoles running on that very same internet and its pretty quick speed. incase anyone is thinking 'Have you tried your internet on a diffrent DS system' and i have. my younger brother has a 3DS (not XL) and he can connect and disconnect as he wishes no problems on his end. its just me on my 3DS XL. Just wanna know if there is anything i can do besiding sending in my 3DS XL for repair or anything if needed. or if anyone else has experienced this and found a solution i have yet to find somewhere on the internet? Please Help ASAP

Ambassador games disappeared: status "deleted"
So a few days ago I redeemed Cement Factory with my coins from Club Nintendo. When I was sorting the icons displayed at my 3DS home I noticed my NES and GBA folders were missing the 20 ambassador games. I red the forums and I tried to follow the known steps to re-download the games, but they have gone!
Check the status of the second picture, Minish Cap is shown as deleted (action that I didn't take).
When I go to "Your Downloads" all the activity related to the aformentioned Ambassador games is missing.
Any clues?

3DS crashes when trying to play DS or DSi games.
I downloaded 4 Swords off of the e-shop yesterday and found a peculiar problem. When I try to play the game, my 3DS freezes on a black screen and becomes unresponsive. The only way to get off of the screen is manually restart the system. I tried deleting and redownloading the game, and encountered the same problem. I also took a DS cartridge and tested it in my system, and got the same result. 3DS games and virtual console games work perfectly fine. Anyone had a similar problem, or know how to fix this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Difficulties with getting downloaded content on a new device (in-depth in post)
I'm kind of new to the whole NNID stuff, but right now I have a 2DS with a broken screen, and I bought a 3DSXL (Limited Edition Mario & Luigi Dream Team). I don't want to miss out on The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords for free, and I don't want to have 2 separate NNIDs, but I really want to download the game on my functional 3DSXL.
Is it incorrect to make a "substitute NNID" to download the game, and then remove it in order to then get my 2DS information transferred, or what am I to do? My ACTUAL e-mail is tethered to the 2DS, and I can't see anything at all on either part of the screen(s). Can any of you show me how to go about doing this? Or maybe, can any Nintendo affiliated assistants help me get it downloaded? I'm really lost at what to do! Please and thank you for all of your help!

3DS XL-it seems as though the screen quality has degraded.
Hi,
I've noticed this mostly in Pokemon X, I've put a solid 220 hours into it and just the other day the graphics look as though they've dimished. I'll explain later on what I mean exactly but for now I'm going to move onto other thoughts. Just as a note this is on a 3DS XL, i've only had it for about a week. Although, I have returned acouple defective ones just to clarify this.
Is it possible that this could be happening because of a large build-up of aquintances, a large build up of pokemon, or is it possible that even the cartridge could have been damaged. I always kind of assumed if the cartridge was to be damaged there wouldn't be a quality reduction just game freezing, game not loading and other things like that.
So heres what's going on in pokemon, it's most prevelant in certain areas, Lumiose city looks much less crisp and clear, such as jagged edges more pronounced and they move around sort of shaking back in forth in a way is the best way I could describe it. So in general allot of jagged edge movement that is extremely annoying/distracting and is degrading the gameplay experience for me. One other think I noticed are certain areas in the game such as the white building in Lumiose city look less detailed, especially the white building. The just look very bland for some reason, this isn't something till yesterday and I've been playing the game a solid month.
So this leads me to a thought, the pre-installed Mario and Luigi dream team looks perfectly fine, although I think that game was more much refined to begin with in terms of high definition clarity.
This leads me to 3 questions, could this be a graphical based processing error/glitch on the 3DS XL, some sort of glitch with the screen that reduces pixel density in certain games, the screen itself is damaged, my Pokemon X data or cartridge is damaged or I should get my vision checked out?
I seldomly use the 3d function except for boss battles as I know it is extremely straining on your eyes. Although I have noticed that the pop-out affect seems a-bit degraded as well. I ran the test in the settings menu it doesn't have the pop out affect like it did before. I mean sure it pops out alittle bit but it actually looked like it was zooming out on me before now it's just slight. The 3D depth seems normal however,

Pokemon x icon is not showing in home screen! Can't play! Plz help
I bought pokemon x a few months ago, and I did not play as much. Recently, I opened 3ds xl and wanted to play it, the pokemon x logo does not shows up in home screen. So I can't play the game. I download the newest patch update in eshop, but it still didn't show up. Other games works great, I can play it.
plz reply me if you know how to fix it.

EXTREMELY URGENT! Regarding preinstalled game!
I bought one of the Mario Luigi dream team silver limited edition bundle from Target, and this console comes with a preintalled Dream Team game. However, I reformat the system for some reason but I only turned on the system for checkup, not go into any of the apps or the Eshop, no nothing. Just have a look and head straight to reformat the system. So the system is not tied to any of the Nintendo account. So what happen to the preinstalled game? Can I still download it again?

Nintendo Charged Me $90 For Ten Dollars Worth Of Credit
So I logged into my eShop account and tried to re-save my credit card information 9 times. The first eight times failed and the ninth time it worked: Nintendo gave me $10 dollars in eShop credit but when I checked my bank account they charged me for the eight failures too.
Does this constitute a refund if I only got ten dollars in credit?

So yesterday my dog got a hold of my pokemon y game. it broke 2 of the plastic columns on the back of the game and put a few dents into the game. My 3ds turns itself off when I put it in or does not recognize there is a game at all. I was wondering if there is anything that could be done to salvage this game as I have put many hours into it.

SD Card not Showing Up: 2DS
So today and I went out and bought a 2DS to go along with my 3DS system. I want to be able to switch games aruond, mostly to be able to trade Pokemon between games. However, my Pokemon X is on a SD card. Now, I put this SD card into my newest sytem, because I think my 2DS will become my main system. But the SD card wasn't showing any games. My 2DS was reading the SD card, but no game was showing up. I was terrified that my SD card was corrupted, so I safely put it back in my 3DS. The game showed up, everything was fine.
But it simply will not show up on on my new device. Could anyone point me in the right direction for fixing this issue?

My daughter has been playing my OOT on my XL and now has a 2D, but she's monopolizing my OOT game to play it.

Can't access eShop from 3DS
My 3DS can't access the eshop. I've done the system updates but everytime I try to access it after signing in, it asks me if I want to recieve notifications. Then it just starts a white screen which I assume is a loading screen and nothing changes. I've linked my accounts, but before linking them there was overlapping text on the screen saying it was preparing the program. I can let it sit there with the white screen and it still does nothing. I'm connected to the internet and plugged in the charger. If anyone else has run into this problem please tell me how i can fix it! D:

"Communication with the server was interrupted..."
i play pokemon x and y and i can't trade or do online battles with anyone because when i connect to the internet, it disconnects after a minute or two. anybody know how to fix this? my pokemon x and y are both updated. i tried resetting our router, my 3ds and everything but still it doesn't work. help please?

Pokemon Y seems to freeze and become unresponsive
Hi, it bothers me greatly that I'm sitting here writing this instead of playign the game that I've already invested so much time into. Rather, even before this point I would be facing the problems that seem to now be completely ruining my ability to proggress through the title. The issues of course; that my game seems to freeze, changing my top screen to lose all images, the music still plays but nothing else seems to continue working, the lower screen shows images but it frozen in a limbo state of whatever was on the screen prior to triggering, and the only way to possibly get out of the game is to physically shut down the device using the button.
Now, I've seen people posting moderately similar issues with their games. Normally with 3DS XL models and what have you. However, not a single person has reported the same issues I've been having. The game seems to be what is locking up, as opposed to the system or SD card locking up. As switching the SD card out doesn't seem to have any effect and the console itself never gives me so much as an error message when this occurs. As well, this has only ever seemed to come up as an issue in Pokemon Y. Even with the current patch in, it seems as though my friend's copy of X works just fine with nary an issue to report.
From time to time, the glitch would occur when the screens shifted from one to the next. It was sparatic in nature. There have been times when evolving a pokemon has caused an issue and other times when finishing a battle with specified npcs would cause the issue. I could turn my system off and hope that it would fix itself and at all times before it would. However, upon reaching the Frost Cavern location in game I have become compeltely unable to leave the first room without the glitch occuring. There has been nothing I've not tried to get around the issue as I have in the past. As well, I don't have access to another 3DS to try to see if playing on there would work. Perhaps the issue lies in the top screens messing up due to the 3D feature in game being so inconsistent? As it only really happens in screens like that. (Although there was a time when organizing my items in bag and leaving caused it to occur as well.)
I supremely hope that I don't have a corrupted cart or something along those lines. A essentially nothing bothers me more in my time as a gamer is to have literally all of the progress I've made in something just removed to fix an issue. As other people seem to be complaining of similar issues it only makes sense that this is something that the bug departments need to be working on correcting, even if small. As a long time supporter of nintendo handhelds I find myself perplexed. Rather, one of the biggest titles that the console can have is now inoperable to me after a certain point and it begins to make me wonder just why I own the console if such simple things are problematic.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Data/Town Won't Delete?
So, a friend of mine bought Animal Crossing: New leaf a while back, and though it started out working fine- recently it started getting "Error" messages & deleting the town, and forcing him to start over. When this wouldn't stop, he purchased a NEW copy of the game and a new SD card & though the problem did stop for a while, the game soon deleted itself & loaded the PREVIOUS game (the one that had been deleted on the PREVIOUS game.) Which confused us both, so he tried to delete the file and though it seemed like it worked, when he returned to Home and returned to home, the game had been restored. He did this numerous times & still it didn't work. He even bought a new 3DS system thinking it was possibly the problem, and still- he still couldn't delete the save data.
Were really at a loss here & don't understand what could possibly be causing this, because:
A) He replaced the Game
B) He Replaced the SD Card
C) He Replaced the whole 3ds SYSTEM
And still, it doesnt work. I appriciate the help.

Strange Files in SD card (Okay to delete)
After Attempting to put some music on my 3ds, (I was using a linux Operating system on my computer) The file transfer process was broken some how, so I had to redownload all my games, and there was a bunch of weird files on here. Is it okay to delete them?

So a few months back I was on a trip with some friends and i got top bunk on bunk beds and to make short story short i fell off on to a chair which pummeled both of my screens the touch recepters still work but I was just wondering how much would nintendo charge to replace both screens?
