Hello everyone yesterday I made a repair order to get my audio jack and my Nintendo 2DS backlight replace in my handheld because the audio jack wasn't working and my screen doesn't seem as bright as when I first purchased the system. My question I was wondering was, when I sent in my Nintendo 2DS my friends are telling me I should've sent in a note along with the system describing my problems to the technician who is fixing it, but I was never told over the phone to attach a note to my system when sending it out. The only thing I was told is keep my stylus. Should I call Nintendo Techincal Support and let them know I sent it out and I wasn't sure if I had to attach a note or not?
