So last night I deleted all my Ambassador games to see if I can redownload them and to my surprise I could (eShop\Settings\Redownload Software) and I thought to myself, "Oh this must be because I still have the ambassador cert on my 3DS" so, lol, I deleted that too and again to my surprise I was able to redownload that as well, **** I was even able to redownload games before I redownloaded the ambassador cert. So it got me wondering is the Ambassador cert just a badge of honor, or does it have an actual function with your account? Also, and more importantly, is it my NNID on my 3DS that allows me to redownload my games? In theory all I'd need to transfer to a new 3DS would be my NNID and then all my games and Ambassador cert would be in my eShop\Settings\Redownload Software section?
