Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D Digital Error

I just get the DK Country Returns from Club nintendo , and download it .. When i first download it it get error after almost finished (download later option), two times , the third time I put download now and download just fine . Now after that I put the game and at the title screen it get me the error "an error has occurred please hold down the power button" blablabla I was like -_- really? . I delete it re-download it and the same error , After download it I went to eshop and do the repair software , and the problem still happen. Yes I have the enought memory my SD card is a 64gb (it has exactly 449387 blocks left after download it). So can someone tell me WTH I must do to just play the game in peace.
