Hi. I am currently using PLDTMyDSL H5004N router.
My internet connection works fine, but this one day, I suddenly couldn't connect to the internet INGAME using my 3ds, or even connect to the nintendo e-shop, although I could use the console's internet broswer perfectly fine.
Upon searching the error code 001-0502 in nintendo support, it's said that i need to port forward the UDP ports:
> 9103
> 5000-6000
However, I have no idea on how to do it. I also could not find the settings for "port forwarding" specifically.
I've tried using PCWinTech's Simple Port Tester and the results are all failure. (which means that all ports are closed?)
