How i can delete a NNID of one 3ds to put in another 3ds without using the transfer

I get two acconts on a 3ds and i buy a 3ds XL,

in my old 3ds I used two counts, so wanted to make an account on each 3ds, but I can not do that because when I enter the account says that is already being used in other 3ds.
