Nintendo 3DS error and SD card help.

Okay, so I have this problem on my 3ds. I've been using a 4 GB SD card and recently, I went to the EShop to buy Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I needed more blocks so I got a new 8 GB SDHC card by Imation. So I redownloaded Pokemon Y, which was the only game I had because it was the free pokemon x or y event. So I was playing ACNL and it was fine but a couple hours later, I got an error message saying An error has occurred. Please press the POWER BUTTON to turn the 3ds off or something like that. And I kept getting that message on both my pokemon Y and ACNL. That was around a week ago and I tried to solve that by reformatting my SD card and repairing my downloads. Since this didn't happen to any of my physical copies, I thought it had to do with my SD card not being compatible, and at that time, the EShop stopped working for me. So I got a new Micro SD card and I tried to move my old files to my Desktop, but the Nintendo 3DS file wouldn't move. My DCIM would be fine however. I had an older version of the file from when I formatted my SD card a couple days ago, so I put that file into the new Micro SD card. I put that into my 3ds and I went to the EShop and it was working, so I thought it really was my SD card. I went to pokemon Y next to see if I would get the error message again but when I tried to play, it said that the version of the saves file was not compatible with the game.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
