so i just got really confused, and i would appreciate it if someone can help out. we have recently gotten 3ds's for our two boys, used on ebay. we wanted to get ones with the ambassador certs on them for the cool retro games and we managed to find two really great deals. the first one that arrived.. i really don't remember the process, but i was able to link my nintendo network id to it and maintain the ambassador info no problem. when the second one arrived, there is a nintendo network id already on it, and i can't for the life of me figure out how to change id's to one of ours and maintain the ambassador cert. the only thing i can find for changing the network id is to format it, which to my understanding, would wipe out the ambassador status. how did i manage to link the first one and keep ambassador, but i can't with the second? without changing the network id on the second one, i have no way to access the eshop and add additional content! any help is much appreciated, and i will be more than happy to add additional info if it is needed to get to some answers!
