i've got two black screens, but the charge light and power light are working fine. so, i've got two questions.
what can i do to try and fix this on my end?
and if the problem can't be fixed on my end, and i have to send it in for repair/replacement, what happens then? i know my games from the eshop will transfer over and i might lose saves. that's no big deal. my main concern is street pass. how many tags i have and things i've unlocked. is this saved to the SD card?
i tried calling nintendo, but there phone service is a joke.
