I previously had an Aqua Blue 3DS, and experienced the vertical lines for quite a while, but they always wiped off; I received a purple 3DS on Christmas, and within five months, I'm noticing issues with the vertical lines. However, they aren't coming off this time. I've tried EVERYTHING, and I'm hesitant about sending it to Nintendo, as I have several games downloaded; I'm fearful that they may replace the system rather than repair it.
