hi, a cousin of mine recently borrowed my 3ds and deleted my account to put his. supposedly there are 2 ways of doing so: deleting the id or making a system format. i dont understand what he did, since my ID still exists and my games WERE still on my 3ds. the problem was, i cant download anything on my account anymore, because his account is there. after much trouble and finding out you CAN`T change ID (how did he do it i dont konw), I decided to make a system format. after setting everything up i chose my network id and it was my previous ID (it even had my MII in it) when i tried to make the link with the club nintendo account it said that it was not possible, due that it was alredy linked to other network ID. i dindt know of that was going to be such a problm. then i went to my download history and it says i have not downladed anything. i had over 30 games on that thing!!!!! please help. the nintendo email contact link doesnt work
