Waiting 3 months for repair! Typical Nintendo behavior?

I am so upset with Nintendo I don't even know where to begin.  Sent repair in at the end of February and no one can seem to tell me a straight answer as to where my device is located!  I authorized repair to begin on April 7th called April 30th and no one seems to know where our system is located.  Tech on the phone told me it was between Washington repair and New York Repair.  Genuis!  It's basically somewhere in the US but no one knows!  I was promised a call that would update me on the status once located...LIE!!!! No call received.  ALso told I would receive overnight shipping for my troubles.  LIE!!! When I called tonight was told there was no record of my last call because much was lost in system upgrade with DS.  Still couldn't find my 3DS!  It's in repair somewhere but who knows where.  Shipping can't be expedited!  Oh and in the process of all this madness on our lost DS our account was part of some glitch and double billed!  Nintendo get your act together and please find and send us our DS!!!!  Do someting promised to rectify this situation because right now I don't have many nice things to say about your service department or product!!!
