So, I bought a Nintendo 3DS Prepaid Card a few years ago. It was my first. And I didn't handle it delicately enough when scratching the wax layer off to see the code. I tried with a coin, but didn't apply enough pressure, so it didn't work. So, I used the dull, flat edge of a key. But once I'd gotten the wax layer off, the paper had torn and I couldn't read the 16-digit code required to add the funds to the e-Shop.
I've used three or four prepaid cards since, and been much more delicate with them, and this hasn't been an issue. But I still have my first card lying around, and I've never been able to access its $20 in eShop funds.
I attempted to add a photo of the card to my post.
Would it be possible for someone in the support department to use the other numerical information on the back of the card to generate the illegible 16-digit code and e-mail it to me so that I can redeem the funds on this card?
