I just bought a 3DS XL, and I was wondering if anyone can help me understand about game saves.
Are game saves that I make from pshysical cartridge stored on memory card or the game cartridge itself?
If they are stored on the game cartridge, is there a way to back them up on to memory card?
Because game cartridges are prone to damage, I was wondering if I bought a new game cartridge of the same title, that I could continue the game using my save that I have made from the first cartridge.
