My system just randomly decided to shine the green light for no reason. I haven't dropped it or anything, the light just randomly goes on and off with no actual streetpass occuring. It also stays on whether the system is in sleep or not. If I turn it off then turn it back on, the light just comes back. Its been doing this for about a day. If anyone can help with this issue I would appreciate it.

System Transfer from a 3DS to a 3DS XL with Mario & Luigi: Dream Team preloaded
I currently own a 3DS that has downloaded content on it. I want to buy a 3DS XL Mario & Luigi: Dream Team bundle which supposedly comes preloaded, not as a cartridge. I thought that, like Sony, you could authorize at least a 2nd system to play your downloaded content. But, from what I have been reading, all downloads are 'tied' to the system you purchased them on. So, you have to do a system transfer. My question is: how can I do a system transfer from the 3DS to the 3DS XL and still keep that Mario & Luigi pre-installed game? This is why I hate download games: first you can't put it on multiple systems YOU OWN, and then you can't sell the game if you want to in the future. Grrr...

Used 3ds problem
Hello everyone! I will try to explain my issue with as less words as possible. I participated in a contest of a gaming site and won a Pokemon X game for the 3ds. I was planning to buy the console anyway, but this unexpected "gift" made me rush things a little bit. I received a code which i should use on the nintendo e-shop to download the game. Due to the fact that i had not managed to collect the money required, i called the local nintendo representative/retailer in my country ( i live in Greece, so i called Nortec). I asked them if there is any chance that the redeem code will "expire" before i manage to buy the console (if for example it takes me 3 months to do so). Their reply was that they have no idea ( ! ). I contacted nintendo via e-mail and they directed me back to Nortec...Both Nintendo and Nortec said that i can not "exchange" my code for a hard copy of the game.So i decided to go for a used 3ds which i bought on Ebay.
So, after this -probably tiring- introduction, i have three questions:
1st) I live in Greece. I have no idea if the 3ds console is region locked. The console i bought was described as NTSC. Will i have a problem using that password on the Nintendo e-shop? Does anybody have any idea if i have a specific amount of time to use that code? ( if it will "expire" after some time ? )
2nd) I do not know if the console i bought was connected to a nintendo account already, in that case, how will i manage to link it to an account of mine?
3rd) I bought this console cheap because it had a problem that when i turn it on, it suts off automatically once i open the screen all the way. As i checked, the previous owner had opened the console for repairs, which means that even the slightest possibility of warranty is out of the table. My issue is: the 3d switch has moved out of its position and the ribbon cable of the 3 cameras is torn apart. When i try to power on the console, the 3d led is blinking green for a second and then nothing happens ( the console is not turning on and no other led is active or blinking). So, my question is: Is it because the cameras are missing and i should buy a new replacement? Is it the 3d switch that is not in place? Or should i just toss my console because it has an irrepairable damage? This question is clearly technical, because i could not find any help from Nortec + they are very expensive, so i'll try to fix it myself.

games that i have previously purchased are suddenly missing
my downloaded games were working just fine until i downloaded inazuma eleven yesterday. today i checked my 3ds and the only game that shows up is inazuma eleven. all of my previously downloaded games are gone. i checked to see if i could re-download them from the eshop, but it is trying to charge me again for these games. i purchased the games before nintendo network ID came about, i wonder the nintendo network ID is the issue here. any help?

Whenever i try to connect to the internet on my 3ds it doesn't work, but when my friends connect it works
It's weird because I can't seem to connect even though my friends can, there's no trouble with the router, but I think it's my 3Ds causing the problem

SD Card won't go inside 3DS SD Slot?
Hey, a while back my sister got my old 3DS and recently we had a little issue. Whenever we put the SD Card inside the 3DS, it goes in nearly fully, but it doesn't make the click sound to "confirm" that it's inside and lock it in lpace, and the SD card pushes back out. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

Tranfering 3ds With Nintendo ID
I was being super dumb. I waited practically a year without transfering data between my old 3DS and my new 3DSXL, and because of christmas I ended up digitally downloading Pokemon X and the new LoZ. I then went on to add my Nintendo ID account from my WiiU onto my 3DSXL without tranfering data first. Now it would seem that it's impossible to transfer data between the two 3DS' without deleting any data on the 3DSXL. I was an ambassador, so I really want the special games back, but I don't want it at the cost of my downloaded Pokemon X and my streetpass stuff. Is there anything I could do to make get the ambassador games without sacrificing anything on the new 3DSXL?

No Low Battery Alert
Several times today (I literally have nothing better to do than play video games), I've lost all of my game data from the most recent several hour long game session in Animal Crossing: Wild World, because of the fact that there isn't a "Low Battery" alert built into the game, or the system itself (one that occurs irregardless of what game/software is being used). Having a battery indicator that isn't visible when looking at the top screen is useless, and not having any other way of knowing when your system is going to die is very frustrating...to put it lightlty.
For pete's sake, please make a system update, or game updates to include a Low Batter warning!

Can't access to Pokémon Bank
Im having serious problemas with Pokémon Bank. Cant access, and cant withdraw my creatures.
My console show me thats messeges. In order (not literraly messeges):
- In last session, the conection closes unexpectedly. Fixing data...
- You're using a version of Pokémon X/Y that doesn't match the one you used in your last session.
- Try again using the game with N.°ID: 07348
- After this, the Bank closes ![]()
The problem begins the last weekend when i deposit all my Pokémon to Bank, and restart my game data to star a new quest ![]()
and i think, in middle of process, my internet conection fails me creating a corrupt save (in the Bank, no in my Pokémon X) and obviously the bank need the old ID to restore data before accesing to Bank... but, my ID is changed after the restart ![]()

second hand 3ds system transfer
i was given two second hand 3ds, one i had for a bit longer than the other.
one the primary one that got came pre-installed with new super mario bros and pushmo
and the second one that i have not played with came pre-installed with the ambassador games
what i wanna do is to see if there is anyway i can transfer everything to one system with out loosing anything
note: i have still to link any of the systems to the nintendo network

Seems the socket in machine, sort of widened, and the power plug only works at a certain angle and that is fickle.

Nintendo Eshop charged me multiple times?
So i bought a 3ds yesterday and deicded to buy two games on the nintendo eshop since it was rather late when i got back and didn't feel like going to gamestop or walmart so as i was checking out for the first game it failed the first two or three times and then worked finally the game downloaded and everything was good then i downloaded the second which went easily just unlike the first i wondered if i had enough money left in the bank to get another game so i checked my wells fargo account and it said that nintendo charged me four times for the first game which is kid icarus uprising is the failed attempts charges permanent or will i be refunded in about twenty four hours because i heard some things like this happen sometimes if you could help me i would be very grateful.

pokemon x update repair?
my brand new 3ds keeps popping up an error message saying to turn off and turn back on and look here for support. I have repaired the new pokemon update several times, and have completely deleted it and re installed but the error message keeps happening... how do i fix this???

Problem Linking Wii U NNID to 3DS
So last night, I downloaded the update, installed, everything went fine until it came time to link my NNID to my 3DS. I want to link the NNID that I created on my Wii U, but when I enter the information and click "Link," it attempts to load, or connect or whatever for about a minute, before dumping me right back at the same screen. It's connected to the internet. There is no error message. I have double and triplechecked my information, I have retyped it, I have turned it off, gone to sleep, and came back to it to attempt it later. There's nothing at all to suggest what the problem might be and I'm at my wit's end. Ideas?

bought pokemon x on e-shop
I bought pokemon x on the nintendo e-shop and I didn't get a survey on club nintendo. My e-shop account is connected to my club nintendo account and it has been over a month since I purchased it. It does appear in my registered products on club nintendo, but on the coin transaction list it shows that there were no coins added. The survey will not show up.

TSA broke my 3ds?
Hi everyone,
I recently went on a trip to Harvard. Well, on the way home, I had my 3ds XL (Link between worlds, brand new, I haven't even had it for a month) in the front pocket of my backpack. It was in the PowerA universal hard case, which is an official approved case for the 3ds XL. Well, in the process of searching my bag, the TSA agent felt it necessary to flip my bag and slam the front of it onto the table, which effectively sent a large crack through my top screen. I'm wondering if I could send this into Nintendo for a free repair, as I'm a college student who has literally no excess money to spend on repairs.

Screen Replacement Question
I might want to replace the touch screen on my 3DS because there is a crack/scratch on it and it really bugs me. Anyway, I already called them to get some info, and they said it's not covered under warrenty, and they said to repair it, it'll cost like $100. Now, I don't want to really pay that much of that money, but my mom told me about this place where we live, that replaced her IPhone Screen when she accedentally dropped it and it (pretty much) shattered. They actually did a pretty good job, the screen looks like new. Now, do you think it would be safe to get my screen replaced by someone other then Nintendo? I mean, for a little over $100, I could just buy a brand new Nintendo 3DS outright.
I really hope someone can help me. I really would like to keep my (second, my old one had it's data corrupted or whatever. Nintendo sent me a new one.) Flame Red Nintendo 3DS. It's not made in that color anymore, in the standerd Nintendo 3DS at least. I don't really want a 3DS XL, or a 2DS, so yeah.
Straying from the subject aside, I hope someone can help me with this. I'm in a dilima here.
