So a few days ago streetpass just randomly stopped working. I was playing all the new games every day with no problem and receiving tags from my husband twice a day... and then suddenly nothing. He can still receive tags, but I cannot. I've tried everything suggested in posts I've found through Google, etc. Any help?

why did i get ripped off on 3DS eshop
I got 20 dollar prepayed card and i put the money on my 3DS and bought plants versus zombies for $7.99 and i wanted to buy Shantae: Risky's Revenge for $11.99i used my computer calculater before buying eather of these but after i bought plants verus zombie it said i had $11.57 which is wrong teh calculater said i would have $12.01 afterwords is there anyway to fix that liek call nintendo or something like that please respond soon

I have a 16 GB SD card with a lot of games and music, and I might have to use another one to get more eShop games in September...
Can I use more than one SD card in the same 3DS without any problem? No restrictions or surprises when I go back to AC NL?

Tape around the Dpad?
So I was playing a game recently, and my thumb could detect a slight change in texture on the right side of the dpad; it looks like there is tape around the outside of it. The OCD part of my brain tried pushing it back down or tugging at it a little to make sure it wasn't just some kind of errant piece, but indeed seems to be wrapped around all the way. Now I won't do any major removal operation on my own; my plan is to get a thin strip of electrical tape and try to smooth the edge back flush with the pad it self. Has anyone else experienced this?

3dsxl crashes/freezes and hard to turn on?
My 3ds is only a week old but it's been getting worse. When I'm doing things it crashes and I can't play new leaf for more than a few minutes without it freezing and losing my progress. Today it wouldn't come on for like half an hour. Please help I saved forever for this I just want my baby fixed ;-;

Fire emblem registration question
I purchased Fire Emblem: Awakening at my local gamestop and redeemed the code and downloaded the game. My question is, I don't believe I registered for club Nintendo at the time, but does the registration automatically register after I register my 3DS to club Nintendo? Or do I have to find the redeem code that I downloaded the game with?
Also, Is there any way to get the product confirmation? Do I have to redownload the game?
EDIT: No surveys have appeared for linking my 3DS system to Nintendo club even with the game downloaded.

playing 3ds xl off of ac power
If I were to play my 3ds while its plugged in and fully charged (fully charged icon in corner of top screen, orange led no longer lit up) for the majority of the time it's used, could this cause any problems for the battery like the charge capacity decreasing faster than nomal? And could it also be bad to have it constantly plugged in even when it's off.

Game Sync "Communication Error" + NO error code
I have a 3DS for playing Black 2
The 3DS plays online perfectly, and so does Black 2 EXCEPT Game Sync
It always says "Communication Error...." and no matter how many times I connect the same thing always happens, no error code and I always DC.
I tried this for three days now, and nothing seems to be changing.
Why does Game Sync not work but everything else does?
I did manage to register a game sync ID and I have linked it to pokemon gl....
No idea.

Dual purchases and spotpass issues
Hello, I have a twofold issue that I would appreciate help with...
1) I bought the physical game of Fire Emblem Awakening, and I purchased Shin Megumi Tensei IV on the 3DS E Shop, I have linked the E Shop with my Club Nintendo account...I looked at the software reciept and tried to use the Serial Number but apperantly the number was wrong (even though it was copied letter for letter, word for word). I would like for the games to be registered so I can get the 30 USD credit, but I am unsure if it will be working. Any ideas?
2) I also recently upgraded my memory card to a 32 gig sd card...I transfered over all my data (or so I thought) and tried to open up my spot pass puzzles, but to no avail...it just shows the puzzles i have completed, not the ones i have pieces too, and I do not seem to be able to collect new pieces while the new SD card is in...any pointers?

3DS New Mii Plaza Games Warriors Way
I recently bought the new mii plaza gams and now with in the last day I started having issues with Warrior's Way.
I get into the game and greet all of the people doesn't matter wether i attack them or not (tired it both ways attacking some of them and not attacking anyone)
Once I get done greeting them and it is about to go back so you can invade the other countries it shows my castle like it's going to save but it doesn't. (I do always hold down R during this too speed things up)
It freezes and throws a white background error: an error has occured and the system will restart you may lose any unsaved data. (something like that)
I have lost oh a good 30k+ warriors to this.
Any ideas?
I called support and they suggested I tried to go to eshop and download the repair tool for it.
Well, They don't show up in eshop for me. (I downloaded them via the plaza as a bundle.

hi my 3ds dosent turn on cumpletly wen i turn it on the screen is black but lit up i know ppl call it black screen of death but mine wen i hold it for 4sec the sleep mode messige comes up just like wen your turning your 3ds off but wen press home it goes to the home menu loading screen and it get stuck there to but my friends can see me online but the power button still works wen it stop loading

kid icraus uprising not highlighting enemies
My friend's 3ds isn't highlighting the enemies on kid icarus it not becoming red even when extremely close and the name tags aren't showing up is there a way to change it in settings or his game just glitch out

Nintendo 3DS to 3DS XL Transfer Questions
Hello. I have a Nintendo 3DS, the original one that first came out back in 2011. Inside it has an 8GB SD card where all my data is currently saved (the 8GB SD card is one I bought from a store for larger capacity and is not one that originally came with the 3DS itself). Recently my dad purchased a brand new Nintendo 3DS XL for me for my birthday, and I think he also purchased a warranty on it but as of this posting I'm not entirely sure. I've always thought the 3DS XL looked cool but was always hesitant on buying one out of fear of losing any games or saved data in the process of transferring from my current 3DS to a new 3DS XL. However, now that I actually have one, I'm probably going to have to do it anyway. So I have some questions.
First off, I just took my 8GB SD card from my original 3DS and inserted it into my computer, so all the current data on it could be backed up in its entirety. The backup process was successful and all the data from my SD card is now copied onto my computer.
Now, I have a few questions. If I go to transfer from my Nintendo 3DS to my new 3DS XL, will all of my data be successfully transferred? That includes downloaded games from the eShop, rare games such as TLoZ: Four Swords and the original arcade version of Donkey Kong, Virtual Console games, saved game data on all those games (including Restore Points) as well as saved game data on hard copy games, and such? Does it include all of my saved Miis? What about free and purchased DLC for games (such as Coin Rush packs for NSMB2 or puzzles for Pushmo/Crashmo)? What about Swapnote? I have tons of notes from friends that I'm hoping will transfer over to my 3DS XL as well as limited-edition promotional stationery I received from different sources. Would it be best to add myself as a "friend" on both 3DS systems and download Swapnote on my 3DS XL, and then send myself notes on Swapnote with all the different stationery from my original 3DS so the new system gets it? I'm not even sure if that's feasible since I'd think that once you transfer over your old system's data to a new one that the data that was on the new one would be overwritten. Would all of my pictures and videos and sound recordings from my original 3DS also be saved and be transferred over to my new 3DS XL? And once the system transfer is complete, I would just take the SD Card out from the original 3DS and put it into the new 3DS XL and it would actually be usable? Or if not, would I have to copy all the backed up data from my SD card that's sitting on my computer right now onto a fresh SD card? And what should I do with my old 3DS, once that's all said and done?
Since I've been playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the past few months (the physical copy, not a downloaded copy), I've been making tremendous progress in my town so as you can see...I don't want to lose my data (or any data at all for that matter) in the process of transferring.
One last question. Whenever our home phone rings, for some reason the internet on any mobile device gets disconnected but then comes back up after a few seconds. Would it be best to perform this kind of transfer, if I'm even going to do it at all, late at night when there's hardly a chance at all the phone will ring as to not disrupt the system transfer process? I've heard that if the process is somehow disrupted due to a bad connection while in the middle of it that you could potentially lose data if that happens.
If anyone could please answer my questions and ease my concerns in the process, that'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

3ds wont go further than the white "Home menu" screen
Our 3ds wont go any further than the "Home Menu" screen. Tried turning it off for a full day. Even tried taking out the batter for about 30 minutes. Still nothing. urning it on takes forever and when we get the screen to come up it comes up with the power down screen (push the power button to power down or home button for the home screen).

Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Gyroscope Errors
Hi. Before I start my complaint, I must say there are major spoilers for the game here.
I have a complaint about Mario & Luigi: Dream Team as the 3DS Gyroscope fails to work properly. I've used multiple gyro attacks and I'm forced to have to start the attack with my 3DS XL tilted slightly to the left as the object proceeds to move right for no apparent reason. It could possibly be because I've shaken my 3DS a lot - to the point where it might have broken the gyro. I'm not sure if this is the cause. Please share your issues with the gyro as well.
I've also seen complaints of the gyroscope failing to work at all during the Zeekeeper and Giant Bowser battles when they use a specific attack requiring you to use the gyroscope, usually resulting in Giant Luigi's death. I'm only at the third Giant Luigi battle against Earthwake (Zeekeeper help you with that hammer attack), but since I know of this error, it could potentially ruin my chances of beating the boss, let alone the game - there are multiple nasty bugs in this game (The others are having your save randomly getting corrupted, the game freezing and during the Antasma X fight, destroying the Antasmunchie containing Luigi may cause the game to crash) and I can see this was a very bad QA job for Nintendo.
I request the following from Nintendo:
- Recall all retail copies of the game and recheck them to correct the glitches
- Release an update patch for digital copies of the game on the Nintendo eShop.

EDIT: So I redownloaded the game and retried the Zeekeeper boss fight (I lost twice, first due to the bomb attack and second due to the gyro glitch mentioned above) and I lost. Second attempt, the glitch occured. Obviously software repair WILL NOT repair the glitch and will require a patch to be released by Nintendo.
I can give a possible explanation: the game disables gyro when a character talks and re-enables it after the text box is closed. During the Zeekeeper and Giant Bowser fights, the game might flip out and forget to re-enable gyro, resulting in you-know-what. (Hint: It involves magic blasts or lava and a Giant Luigi.)

I cannot add funds with my Visa Debit Card
It keeps telling me the details were not entered correctly, even though they are entered correctly. The bank that issued the Visa is CIBC and there are enough funds in the account.
