Zelda Wind Waker For Nintendo 3DS
I really enjoyed playing the legend of zelda wind waker when I was younger but never got to finish it because our gamecube broke ... I was wondering if nitendo would be making this game for the 3ds. I know they have made it for WiiU but i do not have the game console
Nintendo broke my 3ds
I had a software working 3ds XL. I sent it in because the game card slot and camera were not working correctly....but the system still turned on and I could do things with it. Sent it in to Nintendo for repair and they found that my sticker was pink and that must have been water damage (I live in a high humidity area and it was never dropped in water or got wet but Nintendo didn't care about that) so it wasn't covered under warranty (but they could fix it for the cost or a regular 3ds). Just got my system back without having them repair it and now the system won't even turn on. I press the power button, the blue light comes on, I hear a tiny click and then the light turns off...maybe 3 or 4 seconds. Tried charging it all night and same thing this morning. I'm afraid to send it in again because they'll just say it was something I did and send it back again.
3DS top screen fuzzy
The top screen of my three ds is messing up and I don't know why. I opened it one time and the top screen was dotted with multicolored pixels. It looks like someone sprayed it, but I haven't gotten it wet. Is there anything I can do?
restarting monster manor
My son is 6 years old. He likes playing Monster Manor but he is stuck. He didn't realize he had to upgrade his weapon and drink healing potions once and a while. We need to find out how to restart the game as we can't beat the boss he is on as his weapon is weak and only 4 health remaining. Thank you.
StreetPass Relay Point
If you know about this new feature, it means you can streetpass with people who aren't at the location.
Does anybody know if the relay point requires us to actually connect to Nintendozone at the hotspot, or if we can get the last person's data while our 3ds is in sleep mode?
StreetPass Relay Point Follow-up
So if you and a friend both go to a streetpass relay point together (i.e. at the same time), would this mean that only one of you would get the relay? As in, the first person would get the relay, then the other person would relay the other friend, essentially re-streetpassing them.
And if so, how would the relay point determine who got there "first" if they got there together at the same time?
3DS top screen completely blank
Recently i was playing Mario and Luigi dream team when out of the blue my 3ds's top screen bugged out and went completly blank, when i reset and went to the home menu the problem persisted. I am still able to use the touch screen and sound still comes from the top speakers. When I turned it on the next day the top screen began to show picture again but i fear this is only temporary. I am wondering what kind of issue this is and if there is a way to manually fix it
My 3DS got stolen...
Well a couple days ago (2 to be exact) my 3ds got stolen, and i dont have the faintest idea where it would be. I was wondering if I could restore my purchases made on it through my account, specifically Animal Crossing New Leaf which i play alot with my girlfriend. The 3DS is registered to this account as well, along with the downloaded game.
Also I dont know if its possible to track where it is, in hopes to recover it.
where do i find the instructions for farming simulator.
i do have a real farm and downloaded farming simulator from the e shop. now i can't figure out how to turn the combine or tractor. i can move them forward or back but not turn around. i can run the tractor into the combine and turn it that way but that doesn't make sense. thanks.
Questions about Spotpass and Streetpas
1.If a game supports downloading contents via spotpass, will the download continue when the gamepak is removed but the extra data is still in the sd card?
2.Do mario kart 7 and streetpass mii plaza have limits of how many spotpass or streetpass contents they can hold?
Animal Crossing: New Leaf will not load
I tried to play Animal Crossing this morning, but I noticed that the screen that comes up before the game starts was on my screen for too long.
I thought it was just my 3ds but then I try putting in SMT4 and that still works, then I tried putting the game in my roomate's 3ds and the same thing happens.
The game was working fine last night, but today it just refuses to work.
If anyone can help me that would much appreciated.
3DS XL repairs for charger port and possible water damage to the battery
When I put it up on the charger, it barely starts charging. But, it stays on for longer than usual amounts of time and doesn't turn on. I accidently left it near water, so is it the cause? And, if so, i have two follow-up questions:1. Can Nintendo fix it, and 2. Would it require any data wiping, new 3DS' XL's, or anything that would lose my purchased software? Please get back to me as soon as you can. Thanks.
Nintendo 3DS XL CirclePad question
Hello, I am here for my 3DS XL obviously regarding my Circle Pad. For some reason it feels much more stiff to move in all directions and it's not as smooth as it once was. Should I be concerned?
Animal Crossing: New Leaf will not launch
So recently I bought Animal Crossing: New Leaf from the eshop, downloaded it, and it wont launch, well the screen goes black, the Nentendo logo goes up but all it says after is "An error occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart"
Ive been googling looking for help and have tried nearly everything to fix it. Ive tried deleting and redownloading, telling it to download later then leave it on sleep mode. The repair thing and downloading with a different wifi.
Any help or suggestions would be great! Im really at a loss.
Thanks in advance!
3DS won't connect to router anymore.
Everything else (i.e my laptop and other gaming consoles) connects just fine but my 3DS just won't. I try testing the connection but I keep getting Error Code: 003-1099. Even when I bring my 3DS closer to the router it doesn't work. Another thing I feel I should add is the fact that when I tried to set up a new connection (just to see what would happen) my router isn't even on the list of options.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
3DS XL cheaply made rant
I have been through so many 3DS XLs from returning them to Walmart and from Nintendo repair. This is mainly do to dust under the screen. There's normally some trapped there right out of the box, and more gets in after a while. It's not just me, either. Search Google...so many people have this issue. Everyone suggests sending it to Nintendo to have it "repaired". Most of them get it back with dust in another place. All these people, myself included, seem to take very good care of the console. I absolutely love the system and it's software, but this is getting ridiculous. No one should have to go through the trouble of returns as well as "repairs" from Nintendo to get a flawless system that costs $200. There was one guy who sent his in seven times.
Call me OCD, but when I buy a console for this price, I expect it to be perfect. Nintendo, get your repair people to actually repair systems, or even better, make a system that isn't prone to extremely loose hinges, creaky back plates, and a screen prone to getting dust stuck underneath.
Flame me, or share your frustration.
Rant ended.
Nintendo video problem
Hi! I started nintendo video on my 3ds today because it said that there was a new video available but when it launched, it tells me that my data on the SD card is corrupted and it needs to make new data for nintendo video. But when he tries to save the data it never ends. Someone please help me!
Problems redeeming SMT4/FEA promo code
Hello there,
I know this's tired topic already, but I wasn't able to find a solution reading these forums, nor I received any help from Nintendo.
So I've successfully received a SMT4/FEA promo code, but wasn't able to reedem it, 3DS says:
Error Code: 007-1205. This activation number cannot be used with your current region setting. Please check the number and try entering again.
My 3DS regions settings are set to US, FL, my Club Nintendo account location settings and therefore 3DS eShop account settings linked with it are set to US, FL as well. I've tried to enter the same code several times for the past week -- same result. Geographically I'm outside of the US right now, but I doubt 3DS is checking that.
For the sake of curiosity I tried enetring the number in Menu > Settings / Other > Redeem Download Code, but predictably I got the following message:
Error Code: 007-1214. This code you entered is for a Nintendo Prepaid Card and cannot be used here.
The instructions to redeem the promo code says it clearly to do it through Menu > Add Funds > Redeem a Nintendo Prepaid Card anyway.
Since I wasn't able to resolve the problem for myself, I've contacted Nintendo via e-mail, but haven't received any repsonces yet, though it looks like someone was messing with my Club Nintendo account after all. I receive several e-mail "Confirmation for Digital Order" yesterday. Unfortunately all of them were empty, no code after the words:
Thank you for your order. Please print a copy of this email for your records. Your download code/ticket number appears below.
Of course, I still got the actual order notification e-mail with the code. So what should I do now? Should I call Nintendo?
Thanks in advance for all the help.
Nintendo 3DS to 3DS XL Transfer Questions
Hello. I have a Nintendo 3DS, the original one that first came out back in 2011. Inside it has an 8GB SD card where all my data is currently saved (the 8GB SD card is one I bought from a store for larger capacity and is not one that originally came with the 3DS itself). Recently my dad purchased a brand new Nintendo 3DS XL for me for my birthday, and I think he also purchased a warranty on it but as of this posting I'm not entirely sure. I've always thought the 3DS XL looked cool but was always hesitant on buying one out of fear of losing any games or saved data in the process of transferring from my current 3DS to a new 3DS XL. However, now that I actually have one, I'm probably going to have to do it anyway. So I have some questions.
First off, I just took my 8GB SD card from my original 3DS and inserted it into my computer, so all the current data on it could be backed up in its entirety. The backup process was successful and all the data from my SD card is now copied onto my computer.
Now, I have a few questions. If I go to transfer from my Nintendo 3DS to my new 3DS XL, will all of my data be successfully transferred? That includes downloaded games from the eShop, rare games such as TLoZ: Four Swords and the original arcade version of Donkey Kong, Virtual Console games, saved game data on all those games (including Restore Points) as well as saved game data on hard copy games, and such? Does it include all of my saved Miis? What about free and purchased DLC for games (such as Coin Rush packs for NSMB2 or puzzles for Pushmo/Crashmo)? What about Swapnote? I have tons of notes from friends that I'm hoping will transfer over to my 3DS XL as well as limited-edition promotional stationery I received from different sources. Would it be best to add myself as a "friend" on both 3DS systems and download Swapnote on my 3DS XL, and then send myself notes on Swapnote with all the different stationery from my original 3DS so the new system gets it? I'm not even sure if that's feasible since I'd think that once you transfer over your old system's data to a new one that the data that was on the new one would be overwritten. Would all of my pictures and videos and sound recordings from my original 3DS also be saved and be transferred over to my new 3DS XL? And once the system transfer is complete, I would just take the SD Card out from the original 3DS and put it into the new 3DS XL and it would actually be usable? Or if not, would I have to copy all the backed up data from my SD card that's sitting on my computer right now onto a fresh SD card? And what should I do with my old 3DS, once that's all said and done?
Since I've been playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the past few months (the physical copy, not a downloaded copy), I've been making tremendous progress in my town so as you can see...I don't want to lose my data (or any data at all for that matter) in the process of transferring.
One last question. Whenever our home phone rings, for some reason the internet on any mobile device gets disconnected but then comes back up after a few seconds. Would it be best to perform this kind of transfer, if I'm even going to do it at all, late at night when there's hardly a chance at all the phone will ring as to not disrupt the system transfer process? I've heard that if the process is somehow disrupted due to a bad connection while in the middle of it that you could potentially lose data if that happens.
If anyone could please answer my questions and ease my concerns in the process, that'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
