Okay, I may not be on the right forum or whatever, but I really need help. My 3DS charger is loose and it won't charge unless I apply pressure to it. It was really stupid of me to keep doing this, but reeally I didn't want to have to get it repaired. No, it is not the charger, I have tried using different chargers. The problem is likely my battery because it won't charge in its charging stand either, and I likely overcharged my DS at some point in time. Someone had a similar problem and all he had to do was remove and reinsert the battery. I tried this, but the screw holes where so darn small that when I twisted it, it bent and scratched of pieces of it, making the screw unscrewable. Oh,and my R button doesn't work. I'd rather not go on a quest to buy the right screwdriver, nor go through any process that may or may not work, so my main question is:
What will happen if I get it repaired? Will I lose all of my downloaded content?
I have downloaded entire games, as well as tons of DLC. I don't want to part with any of these. I really like my 3DS and I just want to enjoy it without all of these dilemmas. If anyone can help I would appreciate it sooo much.
