I have a 3DS system with ambassador status that was broken for a while and in that time I recieved a second system which I purchased digital copies of FE:Awakening and Luigi's Mansion 2 on. I would like to have all my games on one system so my question is if I do a sytem transfer of my ambassador status 3DS to my second sytem will I still be able to acess the Fire Emblem and Luigi's mansion downloads? Will the eShop accounts merge or will the eShop account on the target system be lost?
