Ok so I bought a brand new 3ds from gamestop yesterday and I have updated the firmware and set up my id and everything but I have been getting this error message constanly "An error has occured, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart. (unsaved date may be lost.)" I get it from all kinds of apps. Also i purchased Pokemon Y from the market and it keeps freezing on me, I havent even gotten to the second city yet because of how often it freezes. I tried formatting the ds and even went through a nasty scare where I thought I had lost my game forever (however I recovered it). Any help would be appreciated
