I'm getting an error message which says: "An  error has occured. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power,  then turn it on and try again. For help, visit support.nintendo.com." whenever I try to open Pokemon X.

I'm getting awfully mad, I bought the game digitally.

I've tried to redownload the game like 4 times, switch out SD cards, repair the software through the eShop, but nothing is working!
