I'm about ready to get a 2DS, but there's a big problem preventing me from buying it.

I want to switch to the 2DS, because I still have a DSI XL, but if I transfer from my DSI to a new 2DS, my DSI Ware saves will not be transferred. Yeah, I know what your answer will be. "Just keep your DSI Ware applications on your DSI." That would mean to keep both DS's to myself, which is my problem: MY DAD WON'T LET ME KEEP BOTH!!! Is there ANY way to transfer the saves also? There has just GOTTA be a way!
