Happened this same thing here to the Nintendo 3DS of my son too, and we want all of our games back Nintendo, because we dont deleted the NNID that i created yesterday, and we only accessed the Nintendo eShop yesterday and exited from it (and we syncronized it with the Wii U also, and accessed the Wii U eShop before accessing the 3DS eShop) that everything disappeared, but at my Nintendo eShop account the list of the rated titles, wishlist, adtional data from some games (incluiding the ambassador program's app), the history of play time of every game, photos, videos, musics, are here yet. Some people said that talking with Nintendo support at the phone can solve this, right? I will try here...
