I recently traded up to a new gold 3DSXL. When transferring my old system's content to the new one, I foolishly forgot to move the content from my old SD card to my new one. I've been able to redownload all of my old content, but my Puzzle Swap won't let me do anything other than view the original seven puzzles.

Before the transfer, I'd managed to get pieces for each of the obtainable puzzles, but no matter how many coins I collect and how many people I tag, I can't do anything. My system and streetpass plaza are fully updated. The other games in the streetpass plaza work fine. My progress in Find Me 2 is exactly where I left off on my old 3DS. I had to redownload the purchaseable games and while my progress was gone, I was able to start anew with no further issue.
Anyone have any ideas what I can do to get puzzle swap back to normal working order?
