System A -transfer-> System B. What happens to games in B?

I bought a 3DS back in the day when it came out. It has ambassador certificate, and all that cool stuff you'd want to keep.

Recently I bought a 3DS XL ALBW and downloaded the game in this console, since I thought that I could be using both from now on (in other words, I did not transfer the data from the old 3DS), but now I need to sell the old 3DS, and I want to keep all that good stuff it has in it....

My Questions are...

Will ALBW and all my progress be erased from the 3DS XL once the data transfer is completed?

Will I lose ALBW and have to pay for it AGAIN?

OR

Will everything be transfer from 3DS to XL WITHOUT erasing the ALBW game and progress....?
