I bought a FE DLC pack today. The best I've gotten is for it to get to 1% until error 009-2913 pops up (and various others, but mostly that one). I've tried other WiFi networks, public and otherwise, and nothing. Everything else on my 3DS will work except for this and, all of a sudden, streetpass. When I tried to connect to the internet at McDonald's to download the DLC, it found the network, but during a connection test it failed and said it couldn't find the access point, which it has also told me at home when failing to download the DLC. Nothing seems to work, so any help would be appreciated.
