I'd like to start this post by saying that I love the Fire Emblem IP and I love the strategy elements of the game, however I'm severely disappointed by the newest game and how it's turning out to be overtly sexualized and seems to pander to fans of animated pornographic material known as 'hentai'... not just that but it includes INCEST. I know not all Nintendo games are for children, but I thought Nintendo was a respectable company with some limits on the levels they would lower themselves to.
Here's some examples from the game, quoted from users who have been playing the game -
The kind of stuff characters say when you touch them:
Your sister says this- "Ufufu... Are you limp, I wonder?"
There's another part where your other sister tells you to stop touching her, yet you can carry on.
Leon: Do you want me? I understand. I too, want you, it's unbearable.
Lazwald: I also want to touch you, will you come closer?
Zero: It's lonely...it's agonizing. When you are not here (existing), it's just not right/good.
Camilla: When you do it this much, it's embarassing...
Camilla: The way you're using your hand feels sooo good. Very skillful.
Elise: Ahhh...You're sooo warm.
Marx (multiple examples): It's just the two of us, huh... Only look at me. Don't look away... Your eyes... They're beautiful. Don't make that face... I love you... Is there something you want to do here? Not anymore... are you my little sister. I want to touch you... This armor is a hindrance, isn't it? That face, only show it to me...? I want all of you...
Here's even more examples of incest in these games

Some people make the argument, "Oh well incest is a historical thing", but kids don't play Nintendo games for historical lessons... there have also been bloody murders and way worse offenses in history, but that doesn't justify putting them into video games. I'm truly disgusted with the development team of Fire Emblem: Fates for pandering in this way, and I'm really disappointed in Nintendo for putting off their family-friendly values in this manner. I can understand Nintendo does, in fact, produce some games which are violent in nature (such as Metroid, Super Smash Bros)... but that's fantasy violence at best. This is way too far. If there's any way to forward this feedback to higher-ups at Nintendo of America, I will. Thanks for reading.
