Hi, I have the New Nintendo 3DS XL and I love the system. But I am haveing multiple issues with the console since I got it. I didn't pay for a warrenty since I knew I could take great care of it but appearantly Nintendo gave me the 3DS with some issues. The first issue is the the top screen moves to the left and right on it's own, my girlfreinds New Nintendo 3DS doesn't! The sendond issue, putting in game cards is a hassle, they have to be shivered in to get them in since something in the system is blocking it from going in, also my girlfriends system doesn't do that either. The third issue is that the system loves to scratch the bottom of the screen, I keep the 3DS in a case & somehow it scratches itself when I close it. Thanks for reading that jibber jabber, I want to know if Nintendo is going to cover this for at least a low cost or for FREE since I have done nothing to the system to make these things occur.
I feel that this should be fixed free since it's not my fault that it does these things. Also why didn't Nintendo warn me about the scratching problem hat occurs? Thats just messed up.
