My friend bought a new 3dsxl and on there screen where it says "Favorite title:____" It says nthing for what the title is, it's just bank. It does the same for what you're currently playing. so when it should say somehthing like Currently playing: Fire emblem Awakening, it instead say "currently playing: ". And in both cases, the picture for what the title is(like when Pokemon Shuffle shows a Pikachu face) Is just a black square. Can anyone figure out what the problem is, or what they can do to fix it?
