Literally, this is the first time I've dropped my 2ds, and it fell from a chair that was about 2 feet high.
As soon as I took it out of sleep mode to see if it was fine, I noticed that it wouldn't wake up, so I had to force shut it down. When I turned it back on again, certain apps weren't loading from the SD card. I tried starting up Animal Crossing, and the system froze. I had to do a force shut down.
I turned it on again and noticed it was still on the same theme (I have multiple home themes and I set them up to shuffle everytime I went to the homescreen), and now the SD card had loaded more apps, but not all of them. I tried starting one of them up, again same response.
I started it up again, without the SD card and game card, thinking they might have gotten damaged, and tried starting up settings, and again the system froze.
I left the system alone for a bit, thinking it needed time to load, and it stayed frozen for 5 minutes.
I'm pretty sure I might need to send it in for repairs, but I want to know if there is anything I can do to maybe fix this myself, seeing as my warranty expired a few months ago. (*cries*)
Is there anything I can do? ;_; And seriously, a two foot or less drop, and this happens?? What the ****.
