New Nintendo 3DS XL/LL HELP!!!

Hello, I have had the "New Nintendo 3DS XL/LL" for about 2 months now. Recently I started having problems with it. When I go on the Nintendo eShop and try to download a game or demo or anything for that matter I get error code 007-6034 . Even when trying the new update for Mii Plaza I get the error code 009-6034. I thought that maybe something was wrong with my internet but I do have a second 3DS and it's working just fine. I can download, update and do everything else normal on my second 3DS. I can still play games normally on the "New 3DS" and get online and everything. I just can't update or download anything without an error message. I just don't know what to do . If anyone knows anything that could help me please let me know! I would really appreciate it.  Thank You!
