SSB 3DS DLC Shop & Streetpass Mii Plaza issues

Hey there. I'm having some 3DS Nintendo Network issues on both SSB 3DS & Streetpass Mii Plaza. I keep getting error messages when I try to either access the SSB 3DS DLC Shop or download Streetpass games in Streetpass Mii Plaza. I looked up the error code I got from SSB 3DS & it told me it might have to do with my router, but I've been able to do other stuff online fine. Has anyone else been having this issue? I'd just like to know if this is an issue on Nintendo's end or mine. Thanks in advance for your help! Also the error code I get is almost always different.
