Hello,
I inputted all of my card information correctly to add some funds to my account so I could buy a game before a trip. However, after I inputted my info, the eshop says I've provided incorrect location information. I try the purchase again and the eshop gives me the same response. A moment later, I have two transactions on my account. What exactly happened, why were these transactions made even when the location was said to have been incorrect? I didn't want two, I wanted one transaction for a measly game. I've even contacted my bank and they say that I'd have to dispute the extra charge. I've even contacted support. Not sure if they will help honestly. This is seriously frustrating.
