I sent my 3DS into Nintendo after my dog decided to eat it. I was told my the person that help me set it up that if they didn't have any Majoras Mask parts that I would get an email asking wether or not I wanted to keep my damaged 3DS or replace is with a new color. So my UPS tracking says they received it and 4 days go by and I don't get any emails. Today I get an email saying it shipped out to me. With no info regarding wether its Majora Mask style or not. So I called and they told me they have no idea. The notes the repair people made just say they replaced the outside. That i just have to wait until I get it and there is nothing they can do. If I have to choose between a damaged MM 3DS and a regular one I would have saved my MM one. I am worried that I am getting back a regular one and it would break my heart. Has anyone else had issue similar? Where Nintendo didn't contact them about something and they messed everything up? Should I take the fact that they didn't contact me as good news that they had the parts?
