Been trying for HOURS to get a repair request for my new 3DS XL. It has a problem of the power light being on but the screens are completely blank. Everytime I get to the screen where I put the serial number in it says that this issue is not covered on a New 3DS. But on the previous page it CLEARLY states it covers all family members of the 3DS. Someone PLEASE HELP this is so frustrating.
