Latest Update NN3DS Browser Cache or Cookies Issue

Hey I have 2 New Nintendo 3DS one XL and one Normal size and was blown away by the improvements when i bought them in January especially to the web browser; now with yesterdays update I think it is .24 at the end the browser seems to have an issue and I can confirm it is the update as I kept one model unupdated and tested it and it did not have the issue at all then once I updated it; it then suffered the same as the other.

The issue seems to be related to visiting pages already visited; (not domains but exact pages) for example if I check my email after already have being on my inbox it will semi load the blue bar then freeze (it has even crashed the browser when trying to go into settings during the freeze) it takes a very long time to unfreeze and does not allow refresh for some time (does nothing when you hit it). I also tried serebii.net if I went to look at the page for a pokemon I had already looked up it did the same thing where as if looking at a page not previously resolved it loaded fine no issue. It is like the NN3ds is getting the cached data but having trouble doing so. Again this did not happen prior to the update and I tested one 3ds with and one without the update to confirm it only happens after.

It seems once the long freeze happens and it allows you to refresh the page it will load ok but again this is a very long freeze browsing wise in my opinion it makes me unlikely to use the browser compared to pre-update. Once loaded the page/site will work fine until you go to another domain or tab and come back to the page again this causes the freezing again as the 3ds is having issues with the cached data all over again.

Sorry for the long winded explanation I just wanted to be clear that this is not an issue with my network as prior to update both systems were very competent browser wise; I was using the browser to check emails right before I updated. I have cleared the cookies/browser files to make sure it was not the issue and even reset my network just in case but this issue remains. All other devices on my wifi/network do not have any issues.
