This a long story, but here goes..
Recently I had a complete factory restore so I could change my Mii's appearance. In this event, I took out any SD card in the system prior to the reset to prevent any mishaps. Yet, I still had a problem.. After resetting my Nintendo 2DS system, everything was working fine until none of my previously downloaded games/save data were unaccessible. My SD card is detected, but I can't see any data appearing in the system's memory settings. Something even more strange is that there are still blocks missing from my SD card, signifying that my games and save data are still there. This is happening with both of my SD cards. One that came with my 2DS which holds 4 GB of memory, while the SD card I bought seperately which holds 16 GB. Using the 4 GB SD card, it displays that I have 280 blocks remaining. This SD card should have a total of 32,728 blocks with a clean slate. Other than my SD card issue, I've also been having problems with the eShop which are probably linked to my SD card issue. When I linked my Nintendo eShop account (which is the account I used to buy all of my games), it appears that I do not have any of my previously bought games "owned officially". What I mean by this is that, for example, when I search "Pokemon Omega Ruby", a game I have already purchased, it displays "Tap here to purchase". Please please PLEASE help me out with this. Otherwise, I would have lost over hundreds of dollars in games. Any attempts at helping me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
