Trying to add fund but all I got was 036-9612

I've been try to recharge funds in Nintendo Eshop but after I put every information of my credit card, there was error message called 036-9612.
I tried diffrent place like my work place. It has much more better internet speed but same result!
Are you guys having same thing like me? If it does how do I fix it? Please help me!
