Having problem with connecting to internet after updating to 9.5.0-23U. was working fine before updating as I was able to actually update my 2ds. after the update test connection fails, eshop, friend list,even system format which requires to connect to internet was failing. but weirdly when i try to use the internet browser, I can surf. any help would be great, thanks.
