Trying to make a purchase on eshop and getting error

I am trying to purchase Donkey Kong Country Returns on the 3DS eshop, but I keep getting an error code when I hit the Tap to Purchase button.  The Error Code is 007-0309 and it says Pricing information has been updated.  Please check the current price.

I am eligible for the discount from the DKC games on my WiiU and I see DKCR marked "discount".  I don't know what the problem is.
