Problem with game card

About an hour ago I was playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf perfectly fine and decided to play something else and took the game out of my New 3DS XL.
After 5 minutes I decided to just go back to playing New Leaf only to find out my game isn't being detected by the system at all it won't even be read on my normal 3DS but all my other games are being read perfectly fine I inspected the connectors and nothing seems wrong I tried wiping them with a cotton swab and nothing absolutely nothing is working and I have no idea what to do I can't send it to be repaired and I don't want to replace it because I'll lose everything I've done I've had the game since the release date so there's no way I still have warranty on it either.
