So this is my situation... I just recently got the brand "new" 3DS, and I was all excited for it, dropped 200 bucks for it. When I got home, I put in all the internet and everything, and went to the E Shop to get a game. I inputted my info, and when I hit add funds, it says error. Im not sure what was the issue, I had about 60 dollars, so I decided to go to the store to get the game I wanted. I come back to the store, and I enjoy the game. When I check my e-mail, it says that my card was charged, and now I'm negative! Is there any way to cancel this? I already have the game I wanted, but I wasnt given a notifacation that my card was charged. Is it possible to cancel the order, and give me a full refund?
