BIG problem with system transfer to the New Nintendo 3DS XL

So I recently did all the steps to transfer data from the Nintendo 3DS to the new one and I just can't find my transffered data I will really appreciate if any one could help me with this... weird thing is that it was all working great before I transffered any data, now it's just a lot of blanks spaces where there is supposed to be applications (I'm reffering to the home menu) in the E-Shop it says that I all ready downloaded all of the games and applications, It just wont appear in the home menu :/
