I managed to find a way to transfer my Animal Crossing save data after copying the contents of the 00083600 folder. I followed the steps in this thread.

To my surprise, this method worked and I got my Animal Crossing save data back, but for someone unknown reason that I cannot understand, my Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D and Shovel Knight save files were deleted in the process. I'm afraid I'll have to check every single one of my games just to make sure the save file is still there. What should I do now? Do I redo the steps for Donkey Kong and Shovel Knight? If so, can somebody please tell me the names of the games in the Nintendo 3DS folder of the SD Card? And if so, would this indirectly corrupt other game data? When will it end? I've been dealing with these tedious issues literally all day, I just want a full, clean transfer.
