Shipping label?

So after working through the convoluted ticket system, I have yet to receive a shipping label email from Nintendo. Checked spam mail just to make sure it wasn't routed there, but nothing (And I submitted the repair request 4 hours ago).  Anyone else having any issues with this? Getting sent a defective Monster Hunter 4U N3DS is already bad enough, but trying to get any help from customer support is just as bad, if not worse. No live chat with an actual rep. just a bunch of pre-recorded messages that don't help at all.
