So, after I downloaded Flip Note 3d, from the club nintendo event, I am unable to delete anything on my 3ds. It keeps telling me that the software couldn't be deleted, like the Code Name S.T.E.A.M. demo. When I look through my software, i have about 4 pages of 0 block software with a "?" as the image. And say, A Link Between Worlds, it's number of blocks was reduced to 111 and when i go to start up the game, it tells me the SD card was removed. My extra data, and save data back-ups are gone aswell. But I can play Smash 3ds, other 3ds ganes and virtual console games that don't show up in my software list. I also tried going to the eShop to try and repair ALBW, but evertime I do, it gives me an error message saying it couldn't access the SD card. I would really ike some advice on what I can do to fix this.
